This site is dedicated to providing information, support and hope for people whose lives are touched by an Autoimmune disease.

The following pages include relevant information on various autoimmune diseases, coping mechanisms, stories submitted by readers, a chat room and a message board. The message board is available to anyone with an autoimmune disease who is looking for a supportive and friendly environment in which to express their concerns, ask questions or share their experiences. We invite concerned family members and friends to participate in the website and message board.

The journals included in this website describe the experiences I have encountered while desperately trying to find a solution to my medical problems. Of course, these ramblings are solely my impressions of what has occurred. Some of the content will be humorous, some of it absolutely ridiculous, some of it downright unbelievable and some of it will be sad.

Humor is a great distracter. I hope that some of you who feel used and abused by the medical system will find some humor and entertainment in the descriptions of my battle to find help.

We must all band together to make sure that our medical needs are met in a CONSISTENT, RESPECTFUL and EXPEDIENT way.
